Brigitte
Brigitte is the captain of this ship and has been in the fishing and seafood industry for over twenty years working as a fish quota broker.
Having eaten and loved these oysters for a number of years, Brigitte wanted to be able to share their goodness with others. Well, what better way to do that than out of a cute portable van!
Lew
Lew is the first mate, engineer, stewardess and deckhand on OY. He has been in the fishing industry since his teens, (we won't say exactly how long) as a commercial fisherman.
As a man who knows a good idea when he hears it, Lew supported his wife's concept for OY and the rest is history.
