Our premium oysters are sourced mainly from the Northland and Coromandel areas of little old New Zealand. We try to source the best and freshest product that is available at the time, otherwise we have freshly blast frozen (meaning they keep in all their natural juices and good bits) product available–if this is the case we will always tell you. The dream team; Brigitte & Lew, then bring the goods to you via the food van you'll see parked up around the place.
